Uncover the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive. Through a guided self-assessment and foundational yoga + mindfulness practices, you’ll begin to notice what drains you—and how to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner steadiness.

Among other things, you can expect:

  • A self-assessment quiz to bring clarity on nervous system patterns, overwhelm, and coping strategies

  • Grounding yoga and mindfulness basics to reconnect with your breath and presence


Outcome: You’ll begin to witness, not react—feeling calmer and more present by the end of this week.

Learn how to use your breath as both anchor and release. You’ll explore calming breathwork, emotional unwinding techniques, and nervous system-friendly movement flows that create space in your body and mind.

Among other things, you can expect:

  • Breathwork videos for calming, energizing, and bedtime routines

  • Audio guidance to help you use breath as a pause button before reacting


    Outcome: You’ll feel lighter—physically, emotionally, and mentally—ready to move through life, not just push through it.

Establish a calm inner sanctuary you can return to at any moment. This week brings in restorative yoga, guided meditations, and mind-body practices that regulate your nervous system and quiet the mental noise.

Among other things, you can expect:

  • A body scan meditation + five short guided meditations tailored to real-life stress

  • Gentle restorative yoga to soothe tension and bring stillness into your body


    Outcome: You’ll build reliable, repeatable rituals to reset and restore yourself—anytime, anywhere.

Start tuning in to your body’s wisdom and emotional signals. With somatic practices, deeper meditations, and self-inquiry prompts, you’ll begin to understand your inner world with compassion and clarity.


Among other things, you can expect:

  • Meditation + journaling prompts around emotional triggers and childhood patterns

  • Somatic yoga practices that support intuition and deep body listening

Outcome: You’ll develop emotional literacy and body awareness—so you respond from truth, not tension.

Move from autopilot to intentional action. This week is all about empowered boundaries, values-led choices, and mindful routines that support your well-being without guilt or apology.


Among other things, you can expect:

  • A live group workshop on boundaries, values, and mindful decision-making

  • Simple movement & mindset tools to help you take intentional action

Outcome: You’ll move from people-pleasing to self-honoring, with clarity and confidence.

No more all-or-nothing. You’ll learn how to weave small, meaningful practices into your daily life—morning rituals, breath resets, mindful pauses—creating a rhythm that supports long-term calm.

Among other things, you can expect:

  • Your customizable “Zen Map” template for morning/evening rituals

  • A toolkit of 2-15 minute practices to return to presence throughout your day

Outcome: You’ll have your personalized Zen Map—a holistic daily rhythm for clarity, energy, and emotional balance.

This week helps you anchor all you’ve learned so it stays with you long after the course ends. You’ll revisit your assessment, reflect on your growth, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Among other things, you can expect:

  • Final reflection prompts + a closing ritual to honor your journey

  • Before/after quiz comparison to help you recognize tangible shifts

Outcome: You’ll walk forward embodied and empowered—with tools and inner strength that last.

Hi, I’m Anastasia — Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, and Mother of Two.

I believe every woman deserves simple, soul-nourishing rituals that support her mental and physical well-being. But that belief didn’t come from textbooks—it came from lived experience.

Becoming a mother changed everything for me. It cracked me open in ways I never expected and called me to examine not just my present overwhelm, but the deep patterns behind it. The anxiety, the reactivity, the exhaustion — all of it asked for attention, compassion, and change.

Over the past seven years, I’ve walked through that inner terrain: reading, learning, unlearning, and slowly rebuilding a life that feels more like me. Along the way, I’ve poured my heart into yoga, meditation, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation—not just as practices, but as lifelines.

RECLAIM is the course I needed when I was drowning in motherhood’s demands and losing touch with myself. It’s the result of everything I’ve studied, everything I’ve practiced, and everything I’ve lived.
