Hi, I’m Anastasia — Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, and Mother of Two.

I believe every woman deserves simple, soul-nourishing rituals that support her mental and physical well-being. But that belief didn’t come from textbooks—it came from lived experience.

Becoming a mother changed everything for me. It cracked me open in ways I never expected and called me to examine not just my present overwhelm, but the deep patterns behind it. The anxiety, the reactivity, the exhaustion — all of it asked for attention, compassion, and change.

Over the past seven years, I’ve walked through that inner terrain: reading, learning, unlearning, and slowly rebuilding a life that feels more like me. Along the way, I’ve poured my heart into yoga, meditation, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation—not just as practices, but as lifelines.
